Both villas have a six-night minimum stay. If your dates are close to that, send an inquiry — the booking calendar on each villa page reflects the current requirement.
The Beach Villas sit directly on Ko Olina's Lagoon 2 (Honu Lagoon), the quietest of the resort's four swimming lagoons. You walk straight out of the building to the lagoon beach and the oceanfront path that links all four lagoons.
Aulani sits on Lagoon 1, the next lagoon over from the Beach Villas on Lagoon 2. The two are connected by Ko Olina's flat oceanfront lagoon path, so it is an easy walk along the water.
The Four Seasons Oahu is on the Lagoon 1 side of the resort next to Aulani, one lagoon over from the Beach Villas — a short walk along the same oceanfront lagoon path.
