Amazing Stay! We loved our stay at the beach villas! It was exactly as described in the listing.

Perfect Stay We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! We are a family of four, two sons, 16 and 18 years old; therefore, having their own bedroom and bathrooms was very nice and peaceful ;) We loved how the back patio doors filled the back wall looking out to the pool. We kept them open whenever we were at the place letting the beautiful fresh ocean air in. The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Waikiki area, yet, able to get to many of the beaches and hikes, tourist attractions with a quick drive. There are also many restaurants in walking distance. The pool and the tiki bar were great! Live music in the evenings was a plus. The unit itself was very clean, organized efficiently, had beach chairs, coolers to use, comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location and unit!

Great vacation spot!!! Beautiful condo with a great location! We loved how close the beach is to the villas, the lagoon is very calm for swimming, the tiki bar is great for drinks and music in the evening, there are many restaurants, shops and a golf course within walking distance. This is our 2nd trip to the Beach Villas and can't wait for our next trip. Always a great vacation spot!!!

Great place to stay! This was a great place to stay. Spacious unit, very clean, chairs, coolers, towels, everything you need for your time at the beach. We loved how close to the beach we were. Only ten minutes to get to a grocery store. It is a beautiful area to go for walks. We needed a crib and the host was helpful in suggesting a company for us to use.

Wonderful week in Paradise! Great location! Beautiful condo so close to the beach. Overlooking the pool and great easy listening music from bar but very quiet after 9ish each night. Our group had twins who were a year old, 5 yr old and 7 yr old along with 4 adults. Perfect week. Thank goodness there was a drying rack in the condo as dryer did not dry even after 3 hours. Clothes were dry overnight so not a big deal but we could live with that being the only negative in a very wonderful place. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect place!! The place is amazing! The only issue was the dryer. I saw it on other reviews so I asked. I followed Nicole's directions and it still didn't work. I understand it is ventless so it will take longer but water never even went into the tray. The moisture wouldn't come out of the clothes so we were unable to use the washer/dryer which was disappointing considering cost but we didn't let that get us down and enjoyed our stay otherwise!

Wonderful Hawaiian Vacation We loved our stay here. The property was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of provided amenities to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was clean and fresh. Parking was easy and straightforward. The location is perfect next to the lagoons and Aulani. It's in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. We can't wait to go back.

Great location and nice villa Building and villa are kept up very nicely. Everything we needed for our stay. Key card was finicky, but we got it down pat by the time we left. Kids loved feeding the fish and the pools are very nice. Drinks are steep there at the bar, but they are delicious. Highly recommend this place. Mahalo!

Fantastic vacation This property met all of our needs. It was close to the beach, the pool and it was quiet. I loved the lanai with the big sliding glass doors opening up to the kitchen and living room. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation I thought the property was more beautiful than pictures. It was a very relaxing, calm environment. It definitely was not a place for nightlife. The gym was really nice. The Koi feedings in the morning were so fun with the kids. I think my teenagers got a little bored in the evenings. We were there in September, so there wasn't many kids their age out. I would highly recommend for a group.

Lovely Condo with a couple of issues We had a delightful stay in the lovely condo that overlooks the pools with an angled view of the ocean and beach. It looks just like the photos. Our two issues were the stove top and the dryer. The large burner on the stove top takes forever to heat up. It took me 40 minutes using the high setting to cook pancakes for my family. The other burners aren't much better. Many prior renters have complained about the slow dryer. I don't know why it hasn't been replaced. After two hours in the dryer, barely damp beach towels were still damp. What a waste of energy. It was frustrating to be paying a lot for this condo and to have two major appliances not functioning properly.

Vacation Location of this property was perfect for our family. Walking distance to restaurants, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach. Villa was clean and guest service was great.

Beautiful condo very comfortable for 6, 8 adults is a stretch Lanai is wonderful! We had everything we needed for the most part. Could use a couple more coffee cups, and steak knives. Lots of toys for the beach! Unfortunately Ron did not pick up or return our call when we had a small emergency. Dryer really doesn't work. Tried to dry 2 towels and a pair of shorts...still came out damp. Would recommend

Wonderful experience We come to Hawaii every year. Our family of 8 stayed together and we had plenty of room. Beautiful view! The condo was taken care of very well. We ordered Instacart for groceries and that was very convenient. My only complaint is that the sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable but that is typical for a sofa bed. We will definitely be staying again.

Great location We loved our stay at the condo. The property is in a great spot and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Excellent Everything was excellent. Our room had a cooler with ice packs and that was a perk because traveling to the other side of the island we packed our lunches. If I had to say one thing we disliked was the dryer it would not dry clothes. It just took forever.

The condo was great. The building, pools and lagoon were amazing! Joan and Nicole were easy to work with.

Beautiful location and resort The location was PERFECT for our family of 5 (dad, mom, 3 adult children) the villa was spacious and laid out perfectly for our family. We would have liked the pool/bar to be open past 9 pm, but the close by resorts stayed open later so it wasn't a huge deal. The lagoon right by the resort was FANTASTIC! The dishwasher was broken during our stay, but we ate out mostly so I didn't mind hand washing the dishes from the few meals. They were working on getting it repaired. We will stay here again and are already planning out next vacation to Ko Olina! We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Vacation Joan was very helpful in our vacation process. She was able to help us with our questions and we were able to navigate our check out smoothly. This was a perfect place for all ages and highly recommend to everyone who is looking for something like this.

So Good! We were pleasantly surprised how nice this property was! We had pool view and ocean view. The pool bar had live music, and we could sit on lanai and enjoy the music.

Ko Olina beach villas It was so wonderful. The lagoon was amazing to snorkel in. The property was so quiet and relaxing. It was truly an enjoyable place to stay. We will be back!

Fun in the Sun We had a fantastic stay in the unit. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had all the basics we needed. While we did have an issue with the AC, as soon as we notified the property manager it was fixed that same day! Great experience and wonderful place to stay.

Excellent condos, beautiful property We had an awesome time staying at the Ko'Olina condos. It is a beautiful property, and thank you Joan for our great place! It was super nice, very clean, very comfortable, and plenty of household and beach items for our use. We loved the location of your place Joan, as the lanai has the perfect view of ocean and lagoon pool. We cannot say enough great stuff about this place!

Wonderful stay at Ko Olina! This was our second stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, and we loved it as much or more than our first. This unit was right above the Lagoon Pool, and Bar. Aside from the morning sun, we could sit on our Lanai all day and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and pool. On Tuesdays and Fridays, we felt like we had a front row seat to the live music. Condo was well furnished with extras left by previous tenants to make our stay easier and more convenient. The property manager, Joan, was a dream to work with and even helped us find a business where we could rent a toilet riser and walker for my elderly mom. The main bedroom closet was stocked with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and floats for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed and more than we expected. This unit worked well for three generations - elderly to early 20s. Our 24 year old son slept on the pull out couch and said it wasn't the most comfortable for him. But he's 6'5" and 200 pounds, so it might work better for smaller people or kids. All in all, I would highly recommend this unit and the Ko Olina Beach Villas! It's a huge slice of heaven on Oahu, and far away from the noise and madness of Waikiki and Honolulu.

Celebrating in Hawaii This condo has a beautiful view! However, we were surprised to see a large area of dry ground that look like dirt. It would have looked much better if it had been seeded with grass. The condo met all our needs, but the furniture was more dated then we expected. The location cannot be beat! It's beautiful and well manicured. We highly recommend staying in Ko'Olina if you are looking for relaxation, and a picture perfect location.

Great mixed age condo Just as described and loved it. Lanai was favorite hangout for morning coffee, early evening cocktails and live music below us on T/F....with 7 my husband and I took the couch which was comfortable. Walking path and lagoon below us with young girls was wonderful and felt safe. Lagoon and pools were never overly crowded. We rented a van and did Diamondhead hike, catamaran at Jurassic Park, Waikiki, Costco runs, food truck for malasadas/ Thai food, but son ubered to Honolulu museums, Chinatown, notable restaurants for lunch. Reserve early for walking distance restaurants but HH's were great and able to get in. Don't miss on shave ice from Cafe of Joy. Paradise Cove luau was $$$ but very good.

Getaway to Paradise! This property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were big and spacious and the views were gorgeous. It was right on the beach and had great pools, hot tubs, places for grilling. It was definitely not crowded. If you want room to breathe and a beautiful lagoon to swim and snorkel, this is the place!

Beautiful Ko Olina stay!! Location! Location! If you love the beach this is the place to stay. Perfect for small kids (excellent kids pool) and adults who love to relax on a quiet beach, walk the sidewalk along the coast and watch the sun set with stunning Hawaiian views! The property was beautifully maintained, comfortable beds and it was nice to have a washing machine in the condo. We also loved the beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering Loved it, loved the quiet rather than hustle of Waikiki.

Family Trip 3 years in the making! We had an amazing time at beach villa 407! We tried to go three times due to Covid restrictions and it was worth the wait! The grounds were breathtaking and we had everything we needed! The beds were super comfy! The pool area does get pretty noisy with kids in the afternoon and evening, so if you are looking for quiet and peaceful, this is not the villa for you! We had an amazing week at Ko Olina!

We'll be back! My wife and I spent eight nights at this property with four of our children ages 5 - 18. Beautiful! Probably not the right place if you're looking for night life, but for a family, it's perfect. We spent one day in Waikiki...that was enough for us. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place. Thank you Joan!

Pleasant location, good view This worked perfectly for our large family.

Simply perfect Our rental in Ko Olina was perfect! I wanted to move in! It is in a great location if you don't want to stay in Honolulu. You're on the beach and by the pools. The view is amazing, and you can watch the sun set from the lanai if you don't want to walk down to the beach. We had 8 people staying and we were not crowded at all. Joanne and Nicole were both great; they communicated extremely well and took care of any questions or concerns that we had. There are a lot of great places to eat within walking distance, and even a little grocery market nearby. I would definitely stay again!

Simply Beautiful This was our first family trip to Hawaii. We went with all 6 of our children(ages 17,17,14,12,7,5). We weren't sure how this would all turn out and were worried we wouldn't enjoy it. We were totally blown away. The property is gorgeous and the unit was wonderful. The pool is fantastic and the lagoon was even better. We covered the entire island, but one of the best times was simply staying right at the property! The snorkeling in the lagoon was actually amazing. We followed a sea turtle at a distance for about 30 minutes! The property is just north of all the hustle and bustle but the trip is short and worth it to escape the traffic and crowds. The North Shore and the PCC were especially fun. The place was amazing and when we go back we hope its available. Thank you Joan for sharing your piece of paradise!!

Ko Olina Villa We loved our trip to Ko' Olina and this villa was amazing! It has all the amenities in a very beautiful part of the island. It had pool and beach toys/chairs stocked that the kids loved! The pool and pebble beach were so fun and the gardens on site were beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

November 2021 Condo is beautiful and clean. Very nice finishes and appliances. Having three bathrooms is nice for a large group. Building is clean, quiet and secure. Pool is nice with plenty of seating. Ocean lagoon is calm, good for swimming, but not much to see snorkeling. View and breeze on the lanai are very pleasant. Overall, the accommodations are great. Only complaint is location and proximity to restaurants. On property tiki hut only offers frozen pizzas and hotdogs and overpriced drinks. Expect to pay $18 for a maitai. There are restaurants at Marriott property to the south (highly mediocre) and Four Seasons to the north (excellent but big $$$, try Mina's for a special occasion). Only nearby restaurant not affiliated with a resort is Monkeypods, which is fair, not great. Wish there were better dining options close by, but this condo is beautiful and service/communication by host is excellent.

Beautiful Location, great property The condo was spacious, very clean, well-furnished, and gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. The pools below us were fun--not too noisy, since they closed at 9 pm. We used the grills outside which were very well maintained, and the pools, lagoon, gym and facilities were just outstanding. Would do this again and recommend to everyone we know!

Ko Olina Paradise Wow!! The property was beautiful the condo was amazing! We had six adults with 1 infant and there was plenty of room. The accommodations were spot on. I can't say enough about the condo and property. The location was pretty far from activity but we knew that and planned to be out of the hustle of Honolulu. The lagoons were amazing and trail from lagoon to lagoon and the park were frequently used and made for some gorgeous sunsets and walks! Don't hesitate to book this property! You will not be disappointed.

Great location and property! Location is great! Feels secluded from the crowds in the city and only short drive from the airport and main attractions. The marketplace located in Ko Olina was very convenient and had some nice spots to grab a bite or snack. The lagoon where the property is located never felt too crowded. Unit came equipped with everything we needed for the week: towels, utensils, plates, pans and toiletries. Check-in was a breeze and very easy. Would stay here again on our next trip.

Great location My family absolutely loved Ko Olina Beach Villas. I've been there before at another condo. This condo showed a little more usage and would have been nice to have additional condiments but everything else was perfect.

Wonderful Hawaii experience Check in was a breeze! Room was even better than advertised! Spacious, beautiful, awesome views! All furniture/beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with many unexpected extras! We cooked several meals throughout the week and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash, which was great! The location itself was perfect. Ko Olina was beautiful and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We did several activities that took us to all parts of the island and nothing was over an hour drive. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing property with our family...we would definitely stay here again!

Epic! Our first time to Hawaii and we couldn't have asked for a better spot! From start to finish everything was exceptional! Check-in process was a breeze. Communication was very good with everyone involved. The view was spectacular! The location on the Island was awesome (if you don't want to be in the mess of Waikiki). I would highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting to visit Oahu.

My new favorite place! We were so happy with our accommodation at Ko Olina! We've never been on this side of Hawaii. We were originally going to stay in Waikiki but found this condo would fit our family nicely. I loved that we were not in Waikiki and it was a short drive away! I loved the lagoons too! This was a new experience for our family. We received a lovely greeting by our host and the facilities are wonderful! The condo had everything we needed. Beach equipment, kitchen appliances and even extra shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The spacing of bathrooms and bedrooms was nice. Everyone had their privacy and the rooms weren't back to back next to each other. The view was beautiful. You're overlooking the pool and you could see the ocean view nicely. The condo was very quiet! If you wanted to sit outside on your lanai and enjoy the view & music. I loved the music that is by the bar Tuesday & Friday!! The outside bar is a very nice feature at Ko Olina. You can purchase drinks & snacks while sitting by the pool! The location was good for us too. You're a short drive to Target, Costco and other shopping stores and restaurants. There's a small outside mall 2 min away where you can enjoy a night out for dinner or get coffee, breakfast or lunch. There's also an ABC store. We were a family of 8. My sister was supposed to sleep on the sofa bed with her 11 yr daughter. We were provided with a foam topper. Thank you for providing it. My sister decided not to use it and slept on the couch instead. She was very comfortable. She bought an air mattress at Target and her daughter slept on it. They were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation. The location isn't far away. I didn't feel like we were isolated. We even were close to a Kaiser hospital. My mom fell ill and was admitted to the hospital for 3 days. I felt so grateful for accommodations and location. We were so comfortable and had a wonderful vacation!
